“Release The Music” 3-Hour Workshop

The minimum student requirement is 20, and there is no upper limit. AS SOON AS YOU HAVE 20 COMMITTED STUDENTS, WE CAN SCHEDULE THE WORKSHOP. After the 20 students are registered, you will receive one scholarship for every 10 students after. Additionally, as coordinator, you will receive your choice of the Piano-By-Ear for Adults Level 1,2 OR 3.

The student tuition is $99.97 PER FAMILY. This means that parents and children 12-up can attend for one tuition. All registered students will receive a “Quick Start Piano-By-Ear” digital download. This will allow them to prepare before the workshop and maximize the results.

The location of the workshop needs to be in a room with moveable chairs, so that we can put keyboards where we need to. Students don’t need to bring a keyboard, but it is helpful to them if they do. The keyboard should be one that works with batteries, or they will need to bring an extension cord for power.

This packet includes a bulletin insert that can be used to gather a list of those who are interested in your area. Otherwise, you can just direct those who are interested to go to the website and REGISTER. Please direct those interested in participating to register online at www.PianoByEarWorkshop.Com . We ask that you secure room and board for the instructor. Residing in someone’s home is acceptable. We will handle the reservations and payment of the airfare for the instructor. You will also be responsible for transportation from the airport and movement around town during the instructor’s stay, as well as his return trip to the airport.

A limited number of products will be available for the students to purchase at the workshop. We ask that you provide 2 people to assist at a table for those purchases. They will be trained by the Instructor 30 minutes before the Workshop, when the table is being set up. Please be prepared to supply the names of these volunteers at the time of the 30–day Workshop Confirmation Call. At that time, we will give you all of the flight information.

City Governments, Civic Clubs, local Boards of Education, Churches and other Music Organizations or Businesses can also sponsor and host a 3-Hour Piano By Ear Workshop for the people of the city and community. Workshops can be held in Libraries, Civic Centers, Churches and Schools, or any room available to hold at least 20 people. We require that the organization provide our transportation, room and board, and pay a fee of $3,000.00 for up to 50 students.  With this arrangement, all workshop fees are paid to the sponsoring organization even though pre-registration can be done online to receive the workshop preparation materials.

Teacher Training Workshops are given on the same day or weekend as the Basic or Advanced 3-Hour Workshops, and all registrations are made separately and directly to www.piano-by-ear.com. Contact David Wayne Lawrence for additional information - 770-712-4017.
